Our Fort Erie neighbours rightly are concerned about the previous Council’s decision to rezone public lands for a
12-storey condominium tower on the Bay Beach waterfront.

  • This threatens our entire community’s quality of life and our future access to public waterfront.

  • It sets an irreversible precedent for rezoning public lands for high-rise, high-density development.

  • It provokes environmental concern about open green space, drainage and wildlife

The Fort Erie Waterfront Preservation Association (FEWPA) is a coalition of local organizations, businesses and individuals who believe that public waterfront land should be protected for future generations to enjoy.
